This package is recommended if you are looking to split your training between training alone and with a PT. Included in the Gold Package is a weekly 1:1 PT session. During this 1 hour session I will coach you through exercises, check your form and discuss your progress.

Full Body Conditioning
- Circuit based sessions concerned with building overall strength & fitness
- No equipment is needed for these sessions
Strength & Conditioning Workshops
- These sessions are designed to help maintain muscular balance and build strength
- Focused on the key muscle groups and joint movements used in cycling and running
- Mini-resistance bands and some form of step (chair/stool) will be required
Performance Spin
- Each punchy 45-minute Spin class has a clear focus and will target a specific objective
- Each session is filled with a combination of interval types, including climbs, rolling hills and sprints
- Accessible on any type of indoor static bike. Including road bike with a turbo, Watt, Peloton, Spin

Sophie’s full body conditioning workout classes offer a fantastic range of functional exercises covering all muscle groups, for all abilities. Each session is highly professional, well planned and unique, with a huge variety of body weight movements and no equipment needed. I’ve seen noticeable results since starting and look forward to every class.
