I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. Whatever your goal is, whether to train for an endurance event, or just improve your overall fitness level, I can help.
I have a background in team sports and since graduating University in 2013 I have fallen in love with endurance events. I have raced in a number of half marathons, duathlons as well as my first 70.3 Ironman in May 2019. Full Ironman pending…!
Before moving into the world of fitness full time I worked in the property industry. A key part of my role was to encourage, motivate and train my team to help them reach their full potential. These abilities have enabled me to transition in to the fitness industry and ensure my clients reach their goals. Whether you are new to fitness or you’re a seasoned athlete I will be by your side to get you to where you want to be.
My own training consists of long runs along the River Thames and sunny cycle rides through the Surrey Hills. In the gym, I love training with weights and I’ll often partner this with a sweaty high heart rate finisher!
